Will this create duplicate tasks?

Not always. The import report identifies tasks as Created or Reused or skipped.

Can I import into an existing plan?

Yes. Use the target group and the same plan name. The app can match and reuse an existing plan by name.

What does the Goal column do?

Goal can help with organising and follow-up context. Some goal-related follow-up may still need manual action after import.

Who can use Import To Planner?

People with a Microsoft 365 work or school account and the required Planner access in their tenant.

Is my CSV data stored by the app?

Imported Planner/task data is not persisted as application data. Limited operational logs or telemetry may still exist for reliability and support.

What if my administrator blocks consent?

Ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to review and grant the required delegated permissions.
